The Sacrament of Reconciliation
While Baptism restores us to our original innocence and right 
relationship with God and others, the Sacrament of Reconciliation allows us to recover that innocence and rectify our relationship with God and others when we have fallen through sin and selfishness.
Young people who have reached the age of reason (7 years) are eligible to receive this sacrament and are prepared for it along with their preparation for First Communion. The current practice requires children to receive this sacrament prior to receiving First Communion.
The Sacrament of Reconciliation is celebrated by appointment. Please contact Father Paul Jarvis at the church office (612-529-7779) to schedule. It is also celebrated in a communal setting during the seasons of Advent and Lent.
