All ticket sales are final. Returns, refunds, or retroactive discounts are not possible. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Refunds of all other services are subject to a 6% reprocessing fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
If your tickets were purchased for the incorrect event or date you can exchange them for the correct one by email@example.com and request the change.
